Taylor's first scripture

Now that Taylor is a Sunbeam and officially attends Primary, she was able to share a scripture. She was excited and nervous about it doing it, so I helped her and familiarized her with the words so she could be more confident. She really liked reciting it, so we kept going and in a couple of days she had it memorized. I was super impressed because I always struggled with memorization as a child. Hopefully I can help them out at a young age so my children don't feel as inept as I did when it came to memorizing verse. Mostly why I taped her was because I love hearing the way she speaks. I know she will lose this "baby talk" soon and I had to capture it. She used to say "zeen" for green, and "Dordan" for Jordan. There were too many words I didn't want to forget.

Tomato

She is definately my tomato girl! Most kids do that with oranges, but she likes to "eat them like an apple" all the time! I love to get hugs from Taylor. Lately when I have put my hand out to give her "five" she runs in with a hug instead. I love that!
Kate is learning to stand. She can almost get herself standing on her own, but can't quite yet. She is also getting pretty good with her beginnings of sign language. She has started doing "milk" when she is hungry. Sometimes it gets pretty intense when she does it with both hands. She loves to play. This day she was playing with Ryan's Mother's mother, Donna Bell. I feel blessed to have moments like these to show my children in their future. Kate may only have these moments to remember her by. I feel an urgency to record these moments so we can have them forever!

Basketball

Jordan just ended "itty bitty ball" with Taylor and his friend Luke. They had a blast. Jordan loves Luke, they have been friends since the womb. They were due 3 weeks apart, but when Luke came late, Jordan decided to hop out early. I feel that has been a trend with most of my children.
